The instructions for removing the wiper blade from the wiper arm are a bit confusing; the following may be clearer:
1. Stand the wiper arm up
2. Push down on the tab
3. Disengage the wiper blade by pushing it toward the car. Note that the tab is part of the wiper blade, not part of the wiper arm.
